PayPal is the accepted form of payment. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to place an order on their site. Major credit cards are accepted there without an existing account. If you don't have a credit card, it is also possible to set up a PayPal account that is linked to your bank account.

For customers living within the European Union, it is possible to pay per bank transfer. Money must be transferred onto the given account within a week of purchase.

I do not include any VAT in my prices because of the "Kleinunternehmerregelung" (e.g. small business solution), written down in German VAT tax law UStG. § 19. (Umsatzsteuergesetz)

I make and ship all my items within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Shipping time generally takes between 2 to 5 days within Germany, 5 to 8 days within the European Union and between 10 to 30 days for all international destinations.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard first class airmail is uninsured and cannot be tracked. AIf you have any questions or would like to upgrade or purchase insurance please feel free to contact me. NEW: The German postal service has started offering tracking (2.05 Euros) and an affordable insurance (an additional 2.05 Euros) of up to 100 Euros for all international packages under 1 kilo. It is also possible to send a small package express for 3.45 Euros, though there is no guarantee as to how fast it will arrive (I only used this service once for a package within the European Union, but unfortunately the package didn't arrive any quicker than if we had sent it normally. However, it can be tracked so this service is included already in the price.)

CUSTOMS: The customer is responsible for any customs fees or issues that might incur. Please inform yourself what limits and fees there might be if you live outside the EU.

PURCHASING MULTIPLE ITEMS: If multiple items are purchased and the shipping fee charged ends up over one Euro over the actual price for shipping, then the difference will be returned to the customer.
